'Modern Warfare 3′ Getting Weaker Explosions, New Anti-Explosive Equipment

'Modern Warfare 3′ Getting Weaker Explosions, New Anti-Explosive Equipment: Modern Warfare 3 Creative Strategist, Robert Bowling, said that this year’s Call of Duty title will focus on gameplay customization rather than character customization as in Black Ops.
When developing Modern Warfare 3, Infinity Ward is well aware of what needs to change and what needs to be relatively preserved in order to keep an experience that feels improved, but still familiar. While we have yet to hear anything in regards to specific changes being made to the game’s multiplayer, IW’s Robert Bowling may have dropped a small tease about one of the changes being made to the game’s explosions — or at the least the damage they inflict.
Specifically, Bowling revealed that Modern Warfare 3 will feature lower damage for explosions and that the game will provide players with certain equipment to protect from those explosions that do get too close for comfort.
Modern Warfare 3 is coming out November 8th on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
